Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America may collect personal identification information obtained from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit the Site(s), fill out a form on such Site(s), and/or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America makes available on the Site(s).
