Water: What’s the Issue?

Water has always been THE issue in the West. Now with the heavy population increase and the prolonged twenty-year drought, we need to consider our options before it is too late. You will learn some facts, discuss the issues, and formulate some solutions. We will review water history in Colorado. Where does Colorado Springs get its water? What has been done, what can be done, and what else can we do to solve the water issue?
