JANE WOLOSON

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Jane Woloson has been an executive director in senior living for over 30 years. She transitioned from managing upscale hotels at a time when the assisted living industry was in its infancy. Jane specializes in turn around and start up senior living projects. She has a passion for creating engaging life enrichment opportunities incorporating all 6 dimensions of wellness. Her hospitality background supports a positive sense of community including the importance of a strong food and beverage program. Jane is originally from Lake Forest Illinois, a suburb north of Chicago, received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire where she competed on their division I alpine ski team. She holds an MBA in health care administration, is a nursing home administrator and a certified dementia practitioner and trainer. She has a son Parker, attending University of Colorado Boulder and her daughter Hannah, just graduated from University of Utah. Jane still supports the ski racing world by coaching the junior alpine team at Winter Park ski area. Jane and her two dogs; Stockli and Targa have recently moved to the Rockrimmon area of Colorado Springs with an easy 6-minute commute to Aberdeen Ridge! Aberdeen Ridge’s epic location hosting some of the most beautiful views in the world, having the honor of working with such a respected company as PMMA, already seeing the scope and detail incorporated in every decision, made this an opportunity she is enthusiastically proud to support.

CHRISSIE AMMANN

SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

Prior to moving to Colorado Springs, Chrissie was the sales and marketing director for Aberdeen Village in Kansas City, KS and a senior living counselor at Wichita Presbyterian Manor in Wichita, KS. Before joining Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America, she directed sales and marketing for communities in Oklahoma City, OK, and Junction City, KS. Chrissie wanted to come to Colorado Springs because she saw it as a great opportunity to introduce Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America to a new group of potential residents by providing a listening ear and sharing the life-enriching benefits available at Aberdeen Ridge.

KIMBERLY ELHOFFER

SALES COUNSELOR

Kimberly’s heart of service for seniors began at a young age. As a young girl Kimberly would forfeit her morning elementary school recess time to visit with her maternal grandparents. She continued her passion for seniors by securing a Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Family & Community Services, specializing in geriatrics. Kimberly moved to Colorado Springs in 1986 where she began her Sales & Marketing career. She secured Director of Sales & Marketing positions in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and independent living beginning in 2003. Aberdeen Ridge’s mission of providing quality services to seniors with Christian values aligns perfectly with Kimberly’s desire to educate and share knowledge with those she serves daily.

ROSEANNE ARGUETA

PERSONALIZATION/MOVE-IN COORDINATOR

RoseAnne worked in the pharmaceutical distribution industry for 13 years in her hometown of San Francisco, CA. She moved to Colorado Springs in 2002 and began her career in marketing, media and promotions where she served with various non-profit ministries. She made her to way to Aberdeen Ridge in 2021 as the Sales and Marketing Assistant. She was promoted to Personalization Coordinator after a short time where she worked with each of our members on personalizing their apartments to make it their own. She has now transitioned into the role of Move-In Coordinator. Her heart for serving and desire to help others is being fulfilled here at Aberdeen Ridge.

KARA FRISBIE

SALES COUNSELOR

Kara is our Assisted Living and Memory Care Sales Counselor for Aberdeen Ridge. She has worked in senior living for six years. Kara grew up in Nebraska, after graduating college she moved to Florida, and in 2007 her family moved to Colorado. Kara is a graduate from Iowa State University and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication. Kara is a CDP, Certified Dementia Practitioner from the NCCDP, National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. She continues to learn about Dementia through various trainings. Kara’s passion for working with seniors stems from her strong connection to her grandfather who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. As the disease progressed, she learned ways to help her grandfather when he struggled with memory loss and confusion. Kara enjoys working with seniors and learning their life story. She has a warm approach when meeting new people and a way of becoming fast friends. In her free time, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband Joe, and their 2 daughters Abby and Dallas.
